In March 2020, Tico Construction Team completed San Leandro’s McKevitt Volvo Automotive Dealership Tenant Improvement.
Both showroom and customer engagement areas currently reflect an elegant contemporary look, with new flooring, ceilings, and fixtures. Wood paneling throughout all 1st-floor offices, as well as ribbed wood ceilings at the customer engagement area, provide warmer more inviting feel.
A glass partition wall separates offices from the showroom, providing quiet private offices that accommodate engagements with clients.
The addition of a glazing storefront system provides weather protection to both buildings and occupants while providing daylight and views of the outside.
Building exterior reflects new hard & soft-scapes, ADA & signage upgrades, EV charging station, and energy-efficient LED lights.
Additional exterior features, which include a curtain wall, wall-mount signs, aluminum panels, and prefab entry portal, further contribute to the building’s functionality and façade’s curb appeal.
