Primary Duties:
- Work in partnership with Project Manager and accounting department in all administrative aspects concerning commercial construction.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, submittals, RFI’s, and RFQ’s.
- Process all contract documents as required for general commercial construction.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Prior accounting experience required.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
