Project Administrator

Primary Duties
  • Work in partnership with Project Manager and accounting department in all administrative aspects concerning commercial construction.

  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, submittals, RFI’s, and RFQ’s.

  • Process all contract documents as required for general commercial construction.

Skills And Knowledge
  • Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented.

  • Knowledge of the construction industry.

  • Prior accounting experience required.

  • Experience with all Microsoft Office programs.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
