TICO Construction is proud to share our latest completed job with Cepheid, a molecular diagnostics company located in Sunnyvale. As pioneers into developing PCR Tests and other substantive research in the BioMed field, they require only the highest quality of laboratory and office space.
For this building, TICO gutted and installed around 14,000 SQFT of laboratory into a previously existing building complete with state of the art tools and facilities. Beyond this, TICO completed a tenant improvement repair/upgrade to their sizable attached office space.
