Formfactor’s 54,547 sqft project in Livermore started during challenging pandemic times.
Despite COVID-19 lockdowns, restrictions, coordination with owner vendors, waiting on PG&E along with other challenges, our Tico Construction experienced Team, Subcontractors, and Vendors managed to complete this project successfully.
Work included interior construction of a 21,600 sqft cleanroom certified to ISO 6 / Class 1000, a Mechanical & Process Piping Pads with N+1 Critical Equipment Redundancy, as well as massive MEP systems in support of such project.
Architectural details upon entering the building and throughout the second-floor office area offer quality design & color to this high-tech office space.
