A glass partition wall separates offices from the showroom, providing quiet private offices that accommodate engagements with clients.

The addition of a glazing storefront system provides weather protection to both buildings and occupants while providing daylight and views of the outside.

Building exterior reflects new hard & soft-scapes, ADA & signage upgrades, EV charging station, and energy-efficient LED lights.

Additional exterior features, which include a curtain wall, wall-mount signs, aluminum panels, and prefab entry portal, further contribute to the building’s functionality and façade’s curb appeal.
