In April 2019, TICO Construction completed the construction of Building R5 located at The Pruneyard Shopping Center in Campbell.
The new 5,000 sqft mixed use pad building – located at the south side of the shopping center – included a new site PG&E transformer along with full site work and shell build out.
There are two suites within the building, one of which is currently occupied by AT&T Retail with an adjacent space currently available for lease.
The property’s design intent was to match the existing shopping center with modernized detail upgrades, which include custom Pruneyard logo tiles added to each building tower.
