Tenant improvement project to an existing building including demolition of existing lights and finishes, and construction of new suspended ceilings, interior walls, doors, lights, and finishes. The remodel allows a more modern open office space as well as offices and conference rooms. Exterior remodel included ADA upgrades to its parking lot, striping as well as integration of two new EV charging stations to meet the client’s current needs.
